Wills & Succession Planning: Advice is furnished in respect of the preparation and drafting of Wills with reference to the tax implications.
The administration of estates, both in relation to Grants of Probate (where the deceased left a Will) and Grants of Administration Intestate (where the deceased died without making a Will) which would involve the identification of the estate’s assets & liabilities, the preparation and filing of Probate papers and the subsequent issuing of the Grant. It would further involve the gathering in of the various assets and the distribution of same in accordance with the Will together with preparation of Administration Accounts.
